Holy Yoga


Holy yoga is an experiential worship created to deepen one’s connection to Christ.  The purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through the modality of yoga, worship, and movement. 

Holy Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation, and physical postures. In all these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention. This class places emphasis on the complete wellbeing of your body and soul and shifts focus from what or where you have been, but instead, on the person you are becoming in Christ. Our passion drives our mission by creating space for a transformative experience.

At our studio you'll want to look for key words in class description such as, slow flow, entry level class or great for beginners!

All you will need is a yoga mat, bottle of water and an open heart to receive.

HI! My name is Lauren Wasson i' am a Registered yoga teacher with over 225 hours of training. By day, i' am a dedicated dental professional, and by night, i get the opportunity to educate and guide others on their yoga and health journey. A loving mom to her son, she enjoys crafting homemade elderberry and other homeopathic remedies. Deeply connected to my local church community, I find joy in faith, family, and traveling to new destinations my family. I'm excited to partner with you.
